Job Requirements
- Available to work three to five shifts per week
- ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- ability to work safely with kitchen equipment
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to stand for extended periods
- no availability for Sundays, early mornings, or late nights required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- quick learner with ability to follow directions
- good communication and teamwork skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- organize and maintain a clean lobby
- manage the advanced dishwasher
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- follow all health and safety standards
- support team members with various kitchen tasks as needed
