Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- able to work daytime and evening shifts
- willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- no Sundays, early mornings or late nights availability required
- able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented
- good communication and teamwork skills

- ability to manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- organize and maintain a clean lobby
- manage advanced dishwasher
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen team members
