Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- exposure to soap, cleaning solutions and steam
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment
- no weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- sense of urgency and ability to move safely throughout the dish pit and kitchen
- ability to follow all company policies including attendance, safety and sanitation
- high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- provide the best customer service in a courteous, fast and efficient manner
- wash and dry dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans by machine or hand
- load and unload the dish washing machine frequently throughout the day
- maintain clean work areas and equipment
- sweep and scrub floors
- place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
- prepare and package individual place settings
- sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- clean garbage cans with water or steam
- clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving
- stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and salad bars
- maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
