Job Duties
- Responsible for full cycle
- load, run and unload dish machine ensuring dishes are properly cleaned
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation for hand-washed pots and pans
- sort and rinse dirty dishes and utensils
- sort and stack clean dishes
- transport clean dishes to proper storage
- change dishwater every hour
- sort and remove trash
- fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning solutions
- sweep, scrub and mop floors
- maintain dish pit cleanliness
- notify manager of dish machine issues
- clean garbage cans
- follow hygiene practices
- report mechanical problems
- clean walls
- prepare various foods
- improve customer experience
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other assigned duties
