Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate or relevant work experience
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen-related role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Driver's License and meet driver safety policy requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
- Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus
- Prior experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or porter role preferred but not required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Wash and properly sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all items are cleaned, dried, and stored in their proper locations for efficient kitchen operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish machine, and surrounding surfaces
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies
- Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen areas and dispose of them according to club procedures
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and walls as scheduled or directed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment
