Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- reliable and punctual
- food handling certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- experience in pizza cooking and pastry baking
- knowledge of long fermented dough techniques
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- interest in both savory and sweet culinary arts
- previous restaurant or bakery experience
Job Duties
- prepare and cook pizzas using long fermented doughs
- produce an assortment of pastries and baked goods
- assist in gelato preparation and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- manage inventory and ingredient stock for pizza and pastry sections
- collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize service flow
