Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work lunch and dinner shifts Thursday through Monday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in a kitchen environment
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to adhere to company Core Values and policies
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
- Experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary setting
- Knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food
- Knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve dynamic entrees under the mentorship of the Executive Chef
- Present high-quality food that is appetizing and personalized to residents' preferences
- Witness the happiness your cooking brings to residents and their guests instantly
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
