Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of WISHA and Spokane County Health regulations
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a sense of humor
- Passion for working with elderly adults
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast and lunch meals according to menu standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with culinary team members to deliver high-quality dining experiences
- Educate residents and staff on healthy food options
- Manage food inventory and minimize waste
