Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and with team members
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and walking long distances
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- Compliance with grooming and uniform guidelines including slip resistant shoes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a high energy, demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills with effective communication in English
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
- Embrace company core values of TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment)
- Prepare tables for dining including folding napkins, setting tableware, and serving water
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave using approved methods
- Assist servers and bartenders with table service such as serving beverages and breads
- Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors as needed
- Communicate effectively with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating and customer service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas using approved cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Keep service stations clean and well stocked
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations including food safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
