Job Duties
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance with a properly cleaned uniform
- greet guests warmly and speak with enthusiasm at all times
- be prepared to answer basic questions about menu items and food preparation
- correctly deliver food and beverage to tables efficiently following proper service techniques
- clear tables in an efficient manner once guests have finished meals using appropriate service methods
- safely operate basic restaurant equipment including coffee makers, refrigeration, and toasters
- handle and communicate guest requests and complaints professionally knowing who to contact for issues
- complete side work such as resetting tables, stocking supplies and cleaning
- participate in banquet event setup, execution and cleanup as directed
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards as required by health regulations
- report broken equipment or unsafe conditions
- manually handle, lift or carry products up to 60 pounds
- work in limited space for entire shift and protect company assets
