Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or related beverage service
Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
Excellent verbal communication skills
Availability for part-time shifts
Knowledge of state and local alcohol serving laws
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of mixology and current drink trends
Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Duties

Provide libations and customized drink recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Operate bar equipment efficiently and safely
Engage with guests through casual and meaningful conversation
Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
