Job Requirements

  • Two years previous experience in customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • Flexible schedule to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, empowered environment
  • County specific food handlers certification
  • State specific alcohol or TIPs certification
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Friendly and energetic attitude
  • Must be able to multi-task and ensure accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality
  • Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly and fun approach to guest interactions
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • County-specific food handlers certification
  • State-specific alcohol certification or TIPs certification
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong multitasking and accuracy skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities to create a welcoming environment
  • Provide a fun and positive guest experience
  • Advocate for menu offerings and take accurate food orders at the bar
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and property-specific policies and procedures
  • Maintain an energized and fast-paced work environment
  • Multi-task effectively while ensuring accuracy
