Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal alcohol service laws
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Must have a reliable schedule and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Compliance with Ugly Dumpling's dress code and personal appearance standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, bubble tea and other non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu knowledge
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Accurately mix and prepare drinks according to Ugly Dumpling's recipes and standards
- Ensure proper garnish preparation and presentation
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and regulations
- Monitor and maintain proper stock levels, including restocking and inventory management
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and closing procedures
- Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and assist in training new bartenders or barbacks
- Perform other duties as assigned
