- Schedule flexibility is a must as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Hyatt brand experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Create and serve beverages and food to internal and external customers or guests in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests
- Direct, implement, and maintain a service and management philosophy that guides respective staff
- Lead team for excellent guest satisfaction and service stewardship
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
