Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar-back role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- Assist the bartenders in securing requisitioned liquor, beer and wine
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including ensuring clean glasses are stocked
- Be the master of the bar, understanding the details of the operation
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist with maintaining stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
