Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- minimum 6 months of baking experience preferred
Job Duties
- take ownership and responsibility for all baked goods
- consistently restock and clean the workspace
- demonstrate safe and proper operation of knives and all kitchen equipment
- follow standardized recipes accurately and consistently
- troubleshoot any difficulties or challenges presented by current recipes
- work at a rapid and efficient pace to keep up with production needs
- maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
