Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service preferred
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
excellent oral communication skills
excellent organizational skills
ability to manage multiple tasks
ability to remain calm and responsible in emergencies
strong problem-solving skills focused on resident and customer needs

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to become certified
excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice
excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
ability to deal with stress and act responsibly with good judgment in emergency situations
