Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or other alternative as deemed appropriate
- Two years of management experience in customer service or two years supervisory experience in Player Development
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge with experience in Word and Excel
- Database experience helpful
- Cash handling experience is mandatory
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise Players Club team members to ensure high-quality guest service and adherence to operational standards
- Provide hands-on support with program enrollment, tier upgrades, card reprints, promotion redemption, and reward issuance
- Train and mentor team members on Players Club policies, promotions, guest service expectations, and casino systems
- Partner with Marketing and Player Development to support promotions, tournaments, and special events
- Assist with reporting, analytics, and documentation of department metrics as assigned
- Establish and maintain customer base
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
