Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or other alternative as deemed appropriate
  • Two years of management experience in customer service or two years supervisory experience in Player Development
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge with experience in Word and Excel
  • Database experience helpful
  • Cash handling experience is mandatory
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise Players Club team members to ensure high-quality guest service and adherence to operational standards
  • Provide hands-on support with program enrollment, tier upgrades, card reprints, promotion redemption, and reward issuance
  • Train and mentor team members on Players Club policies, promotions, guest service expectations, and casino systems
  • Partner with Marketing and Player Development to support promotions, tournaments, and special events
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, and documentation of department metrics as assigned
  • Establish and maintain customer base
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
