Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or alternative as deemed appropriate
- two years management in customer service or two years in Player Development supervision
- exceptional customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong computer knowledge with experience in Word and Excel
- database experience helpful
- cash handling experience is mandatory
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Identify, recruit, greet, and service patrons
- safeguard assets of MotorCity Casino Hotel and supervise staff including scheduling, monitoring breaks, and ensuring departmental policies and procedures are being adhered to
- provide training on player tracking system and departmental policies to Players Club Clerks
- make responsible decisions pertaining to comping decisions from guest accounts
- act as a liaison with all Casino Departments
- establish and maintain customer base
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
