Job Requirements
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years prior Players Club or casino customer service knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of general or supervisory work experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Excellent customer service experience required
- Applicants must be in good physical health and able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 18 years or older to apply
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol test
- Must meet suitability standards regarding criminal history
- Must be able to obtain necessary gaming licenses
Job Qualifications
- Must have excellent public relations, guest service, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be comfortable using a microphone and speaking clearly in front of large groups
- Strong reasoning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Must be proficient in basic math and able to perform accurate account-related tasks
- Must demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and maintain effective working relationships
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a license through the Arizona Department of Gaming and the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office
Job Duties
- Provides on-shift leadership and direction to Players Club Representatives
- Prepares and maintains schedules for Players Club Representatives and ensures adequate shift coverage
- Ensures all staff understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations
- Assists with training new hires and providing ongoing refresher training to all staff
- Welcomes guests, answers questions, and promotes Players Club programs and casino events
- Uses a microphone to announce winners, conduct promotional drawings, and communicate event information to guests
- Monitors daily Players Club operations, including opening, closing, and shift transition procedures
- Maintains knowledge of all Players Club equipment and systems (ID scanners, card printers, promotional software, and player tracking database)
- Assists with inventory control, including maintaining supplies, tracking usage, and securing promotional items
- Assists with clerical duties for Players Club staff as needed
- Supports the execution of casino promotions, drawings, and special events, including gift distribution
- Provides guidance and customer recovery support to resolve discrepancies or guest issues
- Must be proficient with computer systems and ensure accuracy in all Players Club data entry and documentation
- Must be able to multitask and maintain professionalism when addressing guest concerns or system discrepancies
- Flexibility is required
- may be assigned to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
