Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous high volume customer service experience
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with data entry or casino management systems preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform various movements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- Promote the Players Club by identifying, developing, and retaining casino guests with emphasis on new club membership and superior guest service
- Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport and act as a guest service role model
- Communicate benefits and amenities of the Players Club program, issue new or replacement cards, and demonstrate card usage
- Act as a resource to guests and team members by maintaining knowledge of facility, gaming options, events, promotions, and amenities
- Create and manage guest accounts using PCH computer systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Work on casino floor acquiring new memberships and raising club awareness
- Market PCH promotions and assist with special promotional events, player parties, drawings, and issuance of promotional amenities
- Issue limited complimentary services or items to casino guests within guidelines
- Sell, print, and issue Bingo gift certificates
- Perform job duties in compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
