Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous high volume customer service experience
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with data entry or casino management systems preferred
  • Ability to maintain discretion handling confidential information
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
  • Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform various movements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment

Job Duties

  • Promote the Players Club by identifying, developing, and retaining casino guests with emphasis on new club membership and superior guest service
  • Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport and act as a guest service role model
  • Communicate benefits and amenities of the Players Club program, issue new or replacement cards, and demonstrate card usage
  • Act as a resource to guests and team members by maintaining knowledge of facility, gaming options, events, promotions, and amenities
  • Create and manage guest accounts using PCH computer systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Work on casino floor acquiring new memberships and raising club awareness
  • Market PCH promotions and assist with special promotional events, player parties, drawings, and issuance of promotional amenities
  • Issue limited complimentary services or items to casino guests within guidelines
  • Sell, print, and issue Bingo gift certificates
  • Perform job duties in compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
