Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Title 31 regulations
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work full-time including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of casino gaming and related cash handling procedures is an advantage
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Title 31 regulations is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions with guests follow the Red-Carpet Customer Service Program guidelines
- Maintain a balanced cashier's station
- Process cash transactions including cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers' checks, currency exchange, and cash advances
- Comply with Title 31 regulations
- Enroll patrons into Players Club and issue Players Club cards
- Maintain accurate player tracking information and assist Marketing with casino promotions
- Work the main bank as assigned
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- Comply with state, company, and departmental policies and regulations
