Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- General cashiering or prior money handling experience required
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift
- Must be able to obtain LA gaming license
- Excel both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Ability to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments

Job Duties
- Handle financial transactions including credit checks, jackpot payments, exchanging cash for casino tokens, and cashing checks
- Determine customer qualifications for PennPlay members admission by reviewing player information, open new player accounts, issue replacement cards, and merge duplicate accounts
- Account for all transactions and balance books to ensure accuracy of casino revenue
- Handle all guest questions and concerns to provide exceptional guest service
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at all times and make exchanges with the vault when necessary
- Communicate the benefits of Players Club membership to all guests
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, events, and unique offers and communicate them effectively to guests
- Fulfill all promotional offers including coupons, prizes, redemptions, entertainment tickets, and drawing tickets
- Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards accurately for entertainment ticket sales
- Participate and assist in all casino and property-wide events as needed
