Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- General cashiering or money handling experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout shift
- Must obtain Louisiana gaming license
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment
Job Qualifications

- Excel both independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
Job Duties
- Handle financial transactions including credit checks, release jackpot payments, exchange cash for casino tokens, cash checks
- Determine customer qualifications for PennPlay membership, open new player accounts, issue replacement cards, merge duplicate accounts
- Account for all transactions and balance books to ensure casino revenue accuracy
- Handle all guest questions and concerns to provide exceptional guest service
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at all times and make exchanges with the vault when necessary
- Communicate benefits of Players Club membership to guests
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, events, and offers, and communicate these to guests
- Fulfill all promotional offers including coupons, prizes, redemptions, entertainment tickets, and drawing tickets
- Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards accurately
- Participate and assist in casino and property-wide events as needed
