Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Department of Health regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous sous chef or similar culinary leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to mentor and develop kitchen team members
  • Experience in recipe development and menu planning
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support Head Chef in kitchen operations
  • Oversee daily food production and ensure consistency
  • Mentor and lead kitchen staff
  • Develop and execute recipes aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain inventory and manage cost controls
  • Enforce safety and sanitation standards
  • Create efficient schedules and manage labor costs
