Job Requirements

- Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred
- Ability to use POS systems proficiently

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
- Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently explain the menu
- Follow the steps of service consistently
- Take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for gourmet bites and beverage pairings
- Use POS system proficiently
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct orders and presentation
- Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service
- Maintain an organized and clean work area including dining room and service stations
- Anticipate guest needs and address concerns timely
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining area as assigned
