Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage terminology
  • ability to follow instructions closely

Job Duties

  • Support bar and dining room by bussing tables
  • stock service stations
  • maintain bar cleanliness
  • assist servers and bartenders
  • deliver food orders accurately and timely
  • ensure proper presentation and quality of delivered food
  • provide bread and water service
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address needs
  • communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • assist with setup and breakdown of dining and service areas
  • clear tables and bars of dirty dishes
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • adhere to health and safety standards
  • provide friendly personalized service
  • perform additional tasks as directed
