Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
- Perform responsibilities in line with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings and explain menu confidently
- Follow steps of service consistently
- Take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for gourmet bites and beverage pairings
- Use the POS system proficiently
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct orders and presentation
- Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions according to company procedures
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining area as assigned
