Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic proficiency with computers and phone systems
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- strong communication skills
- friendly and professional demeanor
- experience using reservation systems such as OpenTable
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- polished appearance in compliance with grooming standards
- ability to work well within a team
- prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival
- manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials if needed
- communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
- answer the telephone promptly and professionally
- take and manage take-out orders
- maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area at all times
