Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to operate reservation software such as OpenTable
- strong verbal communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- polished and professional appearance required
- compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally
- manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area
- communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
- answer the telephone promptly and professionally, assist with guest inquiries and requests
- take and manage take-out orders
