Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar cook position
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- capability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- strong attention to detail

- commitment to teamwork and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or similar role
- strong understanding of culinary techniques
- familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities following company standards, policies, and procedures
- prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of menu items
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
- communicate effectively with culinary team members to coordinate pick-ups
