Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar cook position
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • capability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook or similar role
  • strong understanding of culinary techniques
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • commitment to high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • perform responsibilities following company standards, policies, and procedures
