Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
  • perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • read, understand, follow, and execute standardized recipes
  • maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
  • take and deliver guest orders including food
  • handle cash and credit card transactions with proper procedures
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • prepare garnishes, mixes, and ingredients for daily bar operations
  • collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service
  • adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
