Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of labor laws and union contract compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting core values at Graton Resort & Casino
- Enforce Graton Resort & Casino policies and procedures in accordance with union contracts
- Lead and support daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service standards and a positive work environment
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure menu and product consistency
- Handle guest relations professionally and resolve concerns promptly
- Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments while adhering to labor regulations
- Plan and execute themed nights, viewing parties, tournaments, and promotional events with Special Events team
- Partner with Marketing to promote sports programming and events through multiple communication channels
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management to meet business needs
