Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of labor laws and union contract compliance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or bar management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Experience in event planning and promotions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with sports programming and live broadcast coordination

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting core values at Graton Resort & Casino
  • Enforce Graton Resort & Casino policies and procedures in accordance with union contracts
  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service standards and a positive work environment
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure menu and product consistency
  • Handle guest relations professionally and resolve concerns promptly
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments while adhering to labor regulations
  • Plan and execute themed nights, viewing parties, tournaments, and promotional events with Special Events team
  • Partner with Marketing to promote sports programming and events through multiple communication channels
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management to meet business needs
