Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely up to 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination and depth perception
- ability to hear equipment sounds from a distance
- willingness to comply with prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
- minimum one year of customer or patient facing experience

Job Duties
- Answer phones
- greet and focus on donors
- ensure safety of donors and team
- screen new and repeat donors
- take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- use Donor Information System
- prepare donor charts
- maintain accurate records
- coordinate donor compensation
- identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- initiate approved process changes
- work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
