Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1) requiring prolonged glove wear
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned such as Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1), Certified Phlebotomy Technician 2 (CPT2), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned including Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT1), Certified Phlebotomy Technician 2 (CPT2), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system purging records
- Report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement through company approved procedures
