Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- physical ability to walk, stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- adaptable to fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- must be bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 plus years in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- high interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- basic presentation skills
- practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation
- ensure completion of compliance training for new hires
- partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on process and content
- instruct the L.E.A.D. program including certification and content delivery
- develop and enhance training materials
- coordinate and perform administrative tasks related to training
- deliver training content as certified
- coach and provide performance feedback
- maintain training materials and schedules
- administer training systems and tools
- track and report training status
- ensure accurate data entry and system maintenance
- engage in continuous improvement efforts
- collaborate with production and HR management
- identify and recommend process improvements
- support training-related projects and initiatives
- engage in professional development
