Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in concrete and/or aggregate production
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work 8-12 hours per day
- physical ability to lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects
- ability to walk and stand for long periods
- capability to bend, stoop, squat, reach
- experience climbing in, out and under equipment
- physical stamina
- good manual dexterity with multi-limb coordination
- ability to work in outdoor and indoor conditions
- adherence to safety guidelines and PPE use
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Monitors and sorts incoming aggregates
- operates wheel loader
- performs preventive maintenance
- performs other duties assigned by Plant Manager
- communicates effectively
- advises plant operator of problems, potential problems, or schedule difficulties
- collaborates with co-workers and other employees
- promotes and maintains safe work environment
- exhibits safe work behaviors
- evaluates work area for hazards
- eliminates or controls hazards
- wears all prescribed PPE
- maintains excellent housekeeping
- participates in daily safety huddles and safety training
- follows safe work plans
- reads and understands hazard signs, training materials, work plans, instruction manuals
- additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
