Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of relevant experience in human resources or related field
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization and manage up effectively
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of relevant HR experience
- Solid understanding of human resources functions and requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with diverse teams and building positive relationships
Job Duties
- Process human resource documentation including I-9 compliance and employee records
- Prepare HR correspondence and assist in compliance audits
- Respond to routine employee inquiries with knowledge of departmental procedures
- Provide resources for employee absences and support through HR Shared Services
- Assist with workplace concerns and employee relations
- Coordinate and support employee engagement events and recognition initiatives
- Facilitate employee orientation, perform exit interviews, and engage with employees on the production floor
