Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in human resources or related field
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization and manage up effectively
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of relevant HR experience
  • Solid understanding of human resources functions and requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with diverse teams and building positive relationships

Job Duties

  • Process human resource documentation including I-9 compliance and employee records
  • Prepare HR correspondence and assist in compliance audits
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries with knowledge of departmental procedures
  • Provide resources for employee absences and support through HR Shared Services
  • Assist with workplace concerns and employee relations
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement events and recognition initiatives
  • Facilitate employee orientation, perform exit interviews, and engage with employees on the production floor
