- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Ability to pass a six-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic work environments
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role

- Maintain a dominant state of mission readiness
- Report to the airport within a strict window when contacted
- Seamlessly integrate into newly formed crew configurations
- Execute safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- Deliver Delta's pristine standard of hospitality
- Execute complex meal services
- Provide warm, empathetic care to passengers on short notice
- Handle sudden itinerary changes and irregular operations with a positive attitude
