Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- Completion of alcohol seller training / cash handling training upon hire
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work extended hours and / or rotating schedules
- Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- Ability to frequently stand and walk
- Ability to frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic materials
- Ability to reach at waist and grasp constantly
- Ability to occasionally reach overhead, shoulder, knee, floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push / pull with arms
- Ability to perform fine motor movements and shoulder circumduction
- Ability to occasionally be exposed to heat, ambient temperatures, and loud noise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage in excess of 50 lbs within safe lifting limits

- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- Takes orders from customers
- assists with menu / beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
- Provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- Serves food, drink, and products to guests
- Processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- Uses suggestive selling techniques / merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
