Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary certification or equivalent combination of culinary training and work experience preferred
  • Experience in food preparation and equipment preferred
  • Related experience preferred
  • Ability to work extended hours and rotating schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform fine motor tasks
  • Ability to safely lift 55 lbs and manage heavier loads with team assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary certification or equivalent culinary training or work experience preferred
  • Experience in food preparation and equipment preferred
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Ability to execute high-volume production
  • Understanding of nutritional values and ingredients

Job Duties

  • Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
  • Prepackage condiments and sauces for prepared food items
  • Complete tasks at assigned work station
  • Assist in multiple cooking venues
  • Assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide internal customer service and assist guests as needed
