Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary certification or equivalent combination of culinary training and work experience preferred
- Experience in food preparation and equipment preferred
- Related experience preferred
- Ability to work extended hours and rotating schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform fine motor tasks
- Ability to safely lift 55 lbs and manage heavier loads with team assistance
Job Qualifications
- Culinary certification or equivalent culinary training or work experience preferred
- Experience in food preparation and equipment preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Reading and writing skills
- Ability to execute high-volume production
- Understanding of nutritional values and ingredients
Job Duties
- Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
- Prepackage condiments and sauces for prepared food items
- Complete tasks at assigned work station
- Assist in multiple cooking venues
- Assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide internal customer service and assist guests as needed
