Job Requirements

  • two years’ experience in aircraft maintenance environment
  • computer skills to learn and operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, e-mail, and web-based applications
  • interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • planning and organizational skills to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to analyze risk and make sound business decisions

Job Qualifications

  • two years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
  • computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, e-mail, and web applications
  • interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships
  • planning and organizational skills to prioritize and coordinate workload
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to analyze risk and make sound business decisions
  • bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • A&P Certificate or FCC License preferred
  • experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling preferred
  • experience with SAP, Maximo, or Pivotal preferred
  • basic knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations part 91, 121, 135, and 145 preferred
  • basic knowledge of Airworthiness Directives process preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to general work requirements
  • research and administer special programs such as warranty, Smart Parts, and open delivery items
  • work with customers for clarification of requirements to ensure expectations are met
  • assist in creating project flow charts and management tools in support of aircraft visits
  • determine resource availability including tools and components, coordinating with providers to avoid master schedule impacts
  • create efficient aircraft work packages identifying material, tooling, and manpower needs
  • attend customer debrief or pre-induct prior to aircraft arrival
  • input data into systems as required
  • maintain and assist in the development of aircraft model specific technical information
  • communicate and coordinate with departments such as Maintenance, Material Support, Labs, Vendors, and Line Service for invoice data
