Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members, assist with check-in and informational/account inquiries
- Help new members learn the facility, equipment, and amenities
- Productively contribute to customer and company needs by taking on additional responsibilities and solving problems
- Operate iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office, point of sale system, and member management system
- Maintain club appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards, participate in inventory initiatives and restocking
- Show potential members around the location while sharing information about culture, mission, training, equipment, and amenities
