Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members, assist with check-in and account inquiries
- Help new members learn the facility, equipment and amenities
- Productively contribute to team and company needs, take on additional responsibilities and solve problems
- Operate tablets, Microsoft Office, point of sale and member management systems proficiently
- Maintain club cleanliness, hygiene and equipment standards, participate in inventory and restocking
- Show potential members around the location and share information about culture, mission, fitness training, equipment and amenities offerings
