Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members, assist with check-in, and handle informational and account inquiries
- actively participate in upholding the Judgment Free Zone
- help new members learn the facility and equipment amenities
- productively contribute to customer and company needs by demonstrating willingness to take on additional responsibilities and solve problems
- operate iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office, point of sale system, and member management system
- maintain club cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards
- show potential members through the location and effectively share information about company culture, mission, training, equipment, and amenities
