Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand and walk continually during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Greet members, prospective members and guests providing exceptional customer service
- Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, checking in members, taking prospective members on tours, signing up new members calculating rates and monthly payment amounts, assisting Club Manager with cash drawer counting
- Facilitate updates to member's accounts
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate to management as needed
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club including completing daily assigned tasks, priority cleaning list, walk-around and bathroom checks, and special cleaning projects
- Perform other duties based on club needs
