Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- passion for fitness and health
- one to three years of management experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn systems quickly
- strong leadership, team building and coaching skills
- direct experience managing customer-focused teams in fitness or similar industry
- exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- enthusiastic and energetic management style
- organizational, problem solving and planning skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- own reliable means of transportation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff
- create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered
- provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
- administer employee payroll and resolve employee issues
- oversee cleanliness and safety of facility
- manage marketing efforts and handle financial transactions
- track statistics and prepare reports
- provide backup support for absent employees
- perform other duties as assigned based on club needs
