Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
 - Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
 - One to three years of management experience preferred
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and quick learner of systems
 - Strong leadership team building and coaching skills
 - Experience managing customer focused teams in fitness or similar industry
 - Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
 - Hardworking enthusiastic and energetic management style
 - Organizational problem solving and planning skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Valid driver’s license
 - Acceptable driving record
 - Own reliable means of transportation

Job Duties
- Recruit hire train and develop a high performing staff
 - Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere ensuring superior customer service
 - Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered
 - Lead by example and maintain accountability through training and coaching
 - Administer and process employee payroll
 - Resolve employee issues and manage discipline and termination
 - Lead front desk activities including member greeting and issue resolution
 - Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
 - Manage marketing efforts and staff training on promotions
 - Authorize expenditures and refunds
 - Make daily bank deposits
 - Prepare HR forms for corporate HR and payroll
 - Track club statistics and reports
 - Provide backup support for absent employees
 - Perform other duties as assigned
