Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience managing customer-focused teams
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and develop staff
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- Schedule staff and ensure shift coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Lead by example and maintain accountability through coaching and training
- Administer payroll and resolve employee issues
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Manage marketing efforts and authorize expenditures
- Prepare HR forms and submit to corporate HR
- Track and report club statistics
- Provide backup support for absent employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
